As an intern at Able Aura, your main responsibility will involve assisting a child with special needs in a school setting by providing one-on-one support during academic sessions. You will play a crucial role in helping the child stay focused, follow classroom instructions, and effectively complete school-related tasks. In addition, you will be required to coordinate with school teachers to understand the academic plan and adapt it to suit the child's specific needs. Another essential aspect of your role will be providing emotional and behavioral support to ensure that the child feels safe, included, and encouraged within the school environment. It is imperative that you report daily progress and any challenges faced to the assigned Able Aura supervisor. Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times is paramount while interacting with the child, teachers, and parents. Please note that this internship opportunity is exclusively open to women applicants due to the nature of working closely with a child in a school environment. The shadow trainer must be available on all school working days during school hours. Based on your performance, you may be considered for extended opportunities or roles within Able Aura.
