SFMC Lead

As a Software Engineer at Merkle, your main responsibility is to provide technical guidance and suggest improvements in development processes. You will be developing required software features to ensure timely delivery in compliance with the performance and quality standards of the company. You will participate in the entire software development cycle, from requirements analysis to design and development, unit testing, and documentation. Your role also involves being proactive in identifying security and usability issues and formulating strategies to resolve them. You are expected to work independently with a broader overview of the project, take ownership of delivering complex application features, and resolve key technical issues related to the project. - Participate in the entire software development cycle, including requirements analysis, design and development, unit testing, and documentation. - Ensure long-term code reusability and stability. - Proactively identify security, usability, and other issues and formulate strategies to resolve them. - Work independently with a broader overview of the project. - Take ownership of delivering complex application features and resolve key technical issues. - Comply with estimation processes and provide accurate personal estimates. - Deliver required software features in a timely and quality manner. - Provide trainings and participate in knowledge sharing. - Mentor new software engineers in the team. - Integrate new technologies. - Understand and follow the release processes within the company. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. - Strong experience in software development and programming languages. - Proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Ability to work independently and in a team environment. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,
