In this role you will play a key role in:
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Marketing Cloud CDP Developer to join our marketing technology team. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing customer data solutions using Salesforce CDP to drive personalized marketing experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data modeling, segmentation, and integration within the Salesforce ecosystem, particularly Marketing Cloud and CDP.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement data ingestion pipelines into Salesforce CDP from various sources (CRM, web, mobile, offline).Develop and maintain unified customer profiles using identity resolution and data harmonization techniques.Create audience segments for personalized marketing campaigns and journey orchestration.Collaborate with marketing, analytics, and IT teams to ensure data accuracy, privacy compliance, and campaign effectiveness.Optimize data flows and troubleshoot issues related to data ingestion, transformation, and activation.Implement and manage connectors between Salesforce CDP and Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, and external platforms.Monitor and report on CDP performance, data quality, and campaign outcomes.

Salesforce Marketing Cloud CDP Expertise
Deep understanding of CDP architecture, data ingestion, identity resolution, and audience segmentation.SQL & Data Modeling
Strong skills in writing complex queries, building data extensions, and designing scalable data models.APIs & Integration Tools
Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, or other ETL tools for integrating external data sources.Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio)
Hands-on experience in building and managing journeys, automations, and personalized campaigns.Data Privacy & Governance
Knowledge of GDPR, CCPA, and best practices for handling PII and consent management within CDP.
