Role Overview: You are required to join as a SFDC QA at NTT DATA team in Delhi, India. Your main responsibility will be to interact effectively with the client to understand the business requirements, create comprehensive test plans, and develop test cases. You should have a strong background in Salesforce Service Cloud, Selenium, and .NET. The client's custom-built portal interacts with Salesforce via APIs, hence your expertise in software testing, both manual and automation, will be crucial. Key Responsibilities: - Interact with the client to understand business requirements and develop test plans and test cases - Possess Salesforce Service Cloud knowledge and experience with Selenium and .NET - Demonstrate at least 4+ years of industry experience in Software Testing with a solid understanding of Test Planning, Test Design, Test Execution, and Defect Reporting & Tracking - Expertise in Understanding and Analyzing Test Requirements, Tracking changes, and maintenance of Test Requirements - Proficient in Test Automation using Selenium WebDriver, Selenium Grid, and UFT tools - Strong Experience in Automating Web Application Testing using Selenium WebDriver with TestNG framework - Strong Experience in Java Programming, Selenium WebDriver, JUnit, and TestNG - Well-versed with Handling Elements in Selenium WebDriver - Writing Test cases using Element locators, WebDriver methods, Java programming features, and TestNG Annotations - Executing Selenium Test Cases and Reporting defects - Experience in Data-driven Testing, Cross-browser testing, and Parallel Test execution using Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, and Selenium Grid - Knowledge of LoadRunner Automation tool - Expertise in implementation of Automation framework using Selenium - Involvement in Test Estimations and Test strategy implementation - Proficient in devising all the artifacts of testing such as Test Scenarios, Test Cases, Defect Reports, and Test Summary Report - Self-motivated, energetic, and highly ethical in all work-related assignments, capable of contributing immediately to corporate goals and objectives - Possess good written communication, interpersonal skills, proven team player with an analytical mind bent to problem-solving and delivering solutions Qualifications Required: - Experience in Salesforce Service Cloud, Selenium, and .NET - 4+ years of industry experience in Software Testing (Manual and Automation) - Proficiency in Test Automation using Selenium WebDriver, Selenium Grid, and UFT tools - Strong Experience in Java Programming, Selenium WebDriver, JUnit, and TestNG - Knowledge of LoadRunner Automation tool - Experience in Test Estimations and Test strategy implementation About NTT DATA: NTT DATA is a $30 billion trusted global innovator of business and technology services, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
