Job Description

We are seeking an experienced

Salesforce Solutions Architect

with deep expertise in

Financial Services Cloud (FSC)

Sales Cloud

Service Cloud (CTI)

, and

Experience Cloud

. As a key member of our team, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions, ensuring that complex integrations with core banking systems and third-party applications are executed smoothly. You will also play a crucial role in automating workflows using

Omni Studio solutions

such as Flex Cards, Omni Scripts, and Data Raptors.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the
design
,
development
, and
deployment
of Salesforce solutions, with a focus on
Financial Services Cloud (FSC)
,
Sales Cloud
,
Service Cloud (CTI)
, and
Experience Cloud
.
Manage and execute
complex integrations
between Salesforce FSC and other platforms, including
core banking systems
and
third-party applications
.
Design and implement
Omni Studio solutions
, including
Flex Cards
,
Omni Scripts
, and
Data Raptors
, to automate workflows and streamline business processes.
Provide
technical leadership
for the Salesforce development team, establishing
best practices
in coding, configuration, and documentation.
Collaborate with
business stakeholders
and
technical teams
to gather requirements, ensure alignment, and drive the success of projects from
design
through
deployment
.
Ensure the
security
and
integrity
of Salesforce data by effectively managing
Profiles
,
Roles
,
Sharing Rules
, and
Permission Sets
.

Qualifications:

Salesforce Certified
in relevant areas (e.g.,
Salesforce Certified Application Architect
,
Salesforce Certified Technical Architect
).
Proven experience in
Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC)
,
Sales Cloud
,
Service Cloud
, and
Experience Cloud
.
Strong experience with
complex integrations
between Salesforce and other systems (e.g., core banking systems, third-party applications).
Expertise in implementing
Omni Studio solutions
(Flex Cards, Omni Scripts, and Data Raptors).
Ability to lead and mentor development teams, set best practices, and guide technical decision-making processes.
Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure successful project outcomes.
Strong knowledge of
Salesforce security
features and the ability to configure
Profiles

Sharing Rules

Permission Sets
