Job Description

We are seeking a

Technical Salesforce Developer

with experience in

complex software development and support

. The ideal candidate will work closely with

business and IT teams

to understand business data, requirements, and integrations, ensuring

stable operations, bug fixes, and new capability development

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and support
Salesforce applications
from development to deployment.
Collaborate with
business users and stakeholders
to gather and analyze requirements.
Design and develop
Salesforce CRM/PRM solutions
, ensuring alignment with business needs.
Develop and customize
Salesforce components
including
Apex classes, Visualforce pages, Lightning components (Aura, LWC), Flows, and Triggers
.
Implement
Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud
functionalities.
Build
custom dashboards, reports, page layouts, and record types
.
Integrate Salesforce with external systems using
SOAP, REST, Bulk API
, and best practices.
Ensure
data security and access control
within Salesforce.
Support
testing, deployment, and maintenance
by fixing bugs, responding to scope changes, and implementing enhancements.
Utilize
GitHub
for version control and collaborative development.

Requirements:

3 to 8 years
of experience in
Salesforce development and implementation
.
Bachelors or Master s degree in
Computer Science, IT, or a related field
.
Strong knowledge of
Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and PRM modules
.
Hands-on experience with
Apex, Visualforce, Lightning (Aura, LWC), HTML, CSS, JavaScript
.
Experience with
Salesforce APIs, integration patterns, and best practices
.
Familiarity with
Omniscripts
(added advantage).
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent
verbal and written communication skills
.
