We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic SalesforceCPQ/RCA Lead Solution Consultant to spearhead the design and architectureof transition from saleforce CPQ to RCA. This critical role will be thetechnical and functional leader for our project, guiding the team in leveragingthe Salesforce RCA release to transform our clients QuotesConfiguration process.

Responsibilities:

Serve as the principal architect and subject matter expert for the Salesforce solution.

Lead the technical design and architectural planning, ensuring the solution is scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business objectives.

Work closely with the Program Manager and Business Analysts to translate high-level business requirements into a comprehensive technical design.

Guide and mentor the development team (including workflow, integration, UI, and AI consultants) on best practices, platform capabilities, and technical solutions.

Conduct solution design workshops and presentations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Evaluate and recommend the most effective use of Salesforce RCA platform features, including Custom code in Apex and LWC, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, UI Builder, and Agentforce.

Act as the technical liaison between the project team and the clients internal IT and business teams.

Oversee solution quality, performance, and adherence to Salesforce best practices.

Requirements
Qualifications:

Extensive experience (8+ years) as a Salesforce CPQ Solution Architect or Lead Consultant on large-scale, complex projects.

Deep and comprehensive knowledge of the Salesforce platform, with a strong understanding of its architecture, data model, and development frameworks.

Proven expertise in designing and implementing custom applications and workflows using CPQ, Apex/ LWC, Flow Designer, and Workflow Builder.

Strong knowledge of integration patterns and best practices, specifically with Integration Hub.

Experience with UI customization and creating modern user experiences on the platform.

Familiarity with AI/ML capabilities, specifically with Salesforce AI suite.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to present complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.

Salesforce Certified Technical Architect or Certified Application Developer is highly desirable.

Experience with the Salesforce RCA release is a significant advantage
