We are seeking an experienced Senior Motion Control and Servo
Integration Engineer to design, develop, and implement advanced
motion control systems for high-precision manufacturing applications.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in servo system
integration, real-time control algorithms, and electromechanical system
optimization.

Mandatory Skills/ Job Role:
• Experience in motor / servo control is essential to this position.
• Integrate servo drives, motors, controllers, and feedback devices into
complex motion systems.
• Develop and implement real-time control strategies for high-speed,
high-accuracy motion systems.
• Perform system-level tuning and optimization of servo loops
(position, velocity, torque) using PID and advanced control
techniques.
• Conduct signal processing and data analysis to diagnose and improve
system performance.
• Coordinate with Software Dev team to perform testing and provide
inputs and requirement specs.
• Program motion controllers and PLCs using languages such as
C/C++, IEC 61131-3 (Ladder Logic, Structured Text), and
MATLAB/Simulink.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex motion control issues in deployed
systems.
• To Coordinate with development team to fix engineering bugs on site.
• To Perform in-house testing of systems and its new features and
report to designers / developers.
• Experience with PLCOpen motion control standard is a plus
• Knowledge of Unix commands, VI editor and WPF C# is a plus.
