Services Sales Senior Analyst

The Service Engineer role involves visiting customer sites to carry out various tasks related to Precision Air Conditioners (PACs) and Chillers. Your responsibilities will include installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, and responding to breakdown calls. You should have a solid technical background in HVAC systems, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills to address customer issues promptly and efficiently. Additionally, you will be expected to maintain records of service activities, provide technical support to customers, collaborate with internal teams, and identify areas for service improvement. Key Responsibilities: - Install, commission, and maintain PACs and Chillers at customer sites - Conduct preventive maintenance tasks as per schedule to ensure optimal HVAC system performance - Respond promptly to breakdown calls and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently - Understand customer requirements and offer effective HVAC solutions - Diagnose and resolve operational problems during PAC and Chiller usage - Maintain accurate service records using appropriate documentation systems - Provide technical support and guidance on HVAC system operation and maintenance best practices - Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly - Identify opportunities for service delivery enhancement and suggest solutions for improved customer satisfaction - Demonstrate professionalism and dedication to delivering high-quality service to customers and colleagues - Adhere to safety standards during onsite activities to ensure a secure working environment for all parties - Willingness to travel, strong communication skills, good technical knowledge of HVAC systems Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Diploma or BTech in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, or a related field Note: The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's or Diploma or BTech in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, or a related field, along with the mentioned skills and experience in HVAC systems.,
