Job Description

As a ServiceNow Test Manager in Hyderabad, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and success of ServiceNow projects. Your responsibilities will include: - Possessing 5-7 years of experience in software testing, specifically focusing on the ServiceNow platform. - Leading teams of 4-6 testers, managing their performance, providing mentorship, and ensuring high-quality outputs. - Demonstrating the ability to work independently while also guiding and supporting the team. Your expertise will cover various aspects of the ServiceNow platform, including: - Deep understanding of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and custom applications. - Hands-on experience in test planning, execution, automation, and defect management within the ServiceNow ecosystem. - Collaborating with developers, architects, and business analysts to ensure comprehensive test coverage. In terms of customer engagement and communication, you will: - Act as a customer-facing lead, managing all communications related to testing activities, timelines, risks, and issue resolution. - Prepare and present test strategies, status reports, defect summaries, and other documentation to stakeholders. - Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring alignment with business goals and expectations. As an individual contributor, you will: - Be a hands-on test manager, capable of writing and executing test cases, performing defect triage, and contributing to automation efforts. - Take ownership of critical testing tasks and support the team during high-pressure phases. Your role will also involve overseeing project delivery and quality assurance: - Overseeing the end-to-end testing lifecycle for ServiceNow implementations and upgrades. - Ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards, timelines, and client requirements. - Coordinating with cross-functional teams to align testing with overall project objectives. Furthermore, you will be responsible for process improvement and governance: - Defining and implementing testing processes, standards, and best practices tailored to ServiceNow projects. - Driving continuous improvement in testing methodologies, tools, and team capabilities. - Ensuring compliance with organizational and client-specific quality frameworks.,
