ServiceNow Technical Project Manager

The Job Description is as follows:

7 yrs in Technical ServiceNow Project Manager is a professional responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing projects that involve the implementation, customization, and enhancement of the ServiceNow platform ESM tool widely used for ITSM,  ITOM, HRSD,  and more.

Job Description

• Strong project management experience with Project Planning & Execution, ensuring Quality Assurance with testing, documentation, and change management processes are followed and over ees UAT Phases
• Hands-on knowledge or understanding of the ServiceNow platform, understand the modules, and coordinate the implementations to ensure best practices in ServiceNow are followed.
• Ability to manage technical and non-technical stakeholders and facilitate meetings and presentations
• Monitor project issues to drive them to resolution
• Familiarity with ServiceNow modules (especially ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified ServiceNow System Administrator or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS).
• Experience managing enterprise-scale ServiceNow deployments.
• Previous experience in IT consulting or enterprise IT environments.
