Description
The purpose of this role is to design, test, and maintain software programs for operating systems or applications to be deployed at a client end while ensuring they meet 100% quality assurance parameters. As a ServiceNow SPM Consultant at Wipro, you will leverage your at least 7 years of IT software consulting experience, with a minimum of 4 years supporting or implementing SPM, to deliver exceptional customer services and support the growth of the services business. Your responsibilities will include liaising with clients on requirements, participating in requirement gathering, and demonstrating a complete understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies. You will also be expected to have hands-on experience in ServiceNow Module Demos, cascading technical and functional requirements, and understanding the functional aspects of the ITBM / SPM Suite within ServiceNow. In this role, you will be accountable for delivering industry and ServiceNow best practices related to ITBM / SPM, necessitating a highly focused and structured approach with strong client management skills. Your expertise in technical development aspects of the ITBM / SPM Suite, such as Idea / Demand Management, PPM, Agile, Resource Management, Expense Management, and Timecard Management, will be crucial to your success. Moreover, you will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and implementing the ServiceNow Suite, contributing to the High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD), and ensuring effective communication across business areas. Your operational business understanding, attention to detail, ability to work independently, and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams will be essential in this role. Key requirements for this position include a minimum of 4+ years of experience with ITBM / SPM, knowledge of Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script include, Workflow designer, Table/Form creation, and email alerts configuration, as well as proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, Jelly, jQuery, and AngularJS. Holding certifications as a ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist and Systems Administration Certified is mandatory. Experience with ITBM / SPM and proven consulting experience in leading the development and delivery of ITBM / SPM solutions in client environments are crucial mandate skills for this role. Additionally, being a Certified System Administrator, holding CIS-ITSM & ITBM / SPM CIS certification(s), and having experience with ServiceNow - SaaS are highly desirable qualifications.
