Description
The purpose of this role is to design, test, and maintain software programs for operating systems or applications that need to be deployed at a client end to ensure they meet 100% quality assurance parameters. As a ServiceNow SPM Consultant at Wipro, you will be responsible for delivering customer services and supporting the growth of the services business. Your role will involve liaising with clients on requirements, participating in requirement gathering, and having a complete understanding and hands-on experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies. You will also be required to have hands-on experience in ServiceNow Module Demos, cascading technical and functional requirements, and understanding the functional aspects of the ITBM / SPM Suite. Additionally, you will be responsible for delivering industry and ServiceNow best practices around ITBM / SPM, including technical development aspects of the suite such as Idea / Demand Management, PPM, Agile, Resource Management, Expense Management, and Timecard Management. You should have a good understanding of technical verbiage and concepts of ServiceNow development aspects, experience in creating, maintaining, and implementing the ServiceNow Suite, and contributing to the HLD, LLD, and maintaining the changes for the same. Strong written and oral communication skills are essential for this role, along with the ability to communicate across business areas. You should have a strong operational business understanding, including the potential impact of business decisions on various internal/external stakeholders and systems. Attention to detail, the ability to work independently, adjust priorities, and work in a continuously changing environment are also crucial. Experience working with cross-functional teams and at least 4+ years of experience with ITBM / SPM is required. Key technical skills include knowledge of Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script include, Workflow designer, Table/Form creation, and email alerts configuration. Experience developing and customizing core ITBM / SPM applications such as Idea, Demand, Projects, Project Portfolio, Resource Management, and Financial Management is necessary. Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, Jelly, jQuery, and AngularJS is also expected. Certification as a ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist and Systems Administration Certified is mandatory. The ideal candidate will have proven consulting experience as a key technical resource leading the development and delivery of ITBM / SPM solutions in client environments. The ability to develop on the ServiceNow platform, including customization, is essential. Certified System Administrator, CIS-ITSM & ITBM / SPM CIS certification(s) certification is a must. Mandatory skills include expertise in ServiceNow - SaaS.
