Role Overview: As a member of the team at RSM, you will play a crucial role in managing and supervising support/development staff, engaging with stakeholders, communicating effectively, and providing support to customers across different time zones. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, monitor SLAs, act as an escalation point, and work towards identifying technical solutions and troubleshooting issues using an Agile Framework. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and supervise support/development staff - Engage with stakeholders, communicate effectively, and provide training - Support customers across various time zones - Collaborate with cross-functional teams - Provide on-call support and act as an escalation point - Monitor SLAs and assess problems - Identify and assess technical solutions - Troubleshoot and solve existing problems - Manage enhancements using an Agile Framework Qualifications Required: Must Have: - Minimum 4 years of total IT experience - Minimum 4 years of ServiceNow Support and Development experience - BE/BTech degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent field - ServiceNow Certifications - CSA plus 1 mainline certification Good to have: - ITIL Foundations v3 certified, v4 preferred - ServiceNow Certifications - CAD, CIS-ITSM, CIS-SPM, CIS-CSM Company Details: At RSM, we offer a competitive benefits and compensation package for all our employees.
