Job Description

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow S2P Developer to design, configure, and implement Source-to-Pay solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The role involves building workflows, integrations, and custom applications to streamline procurement and supplier management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and configure ServiceNow S2P modules, including procurement workflows, supplier onboarding, and invoice processing.
Customize ServiceNow components:

Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Flow Designer, Scoped Applications

Build and maintain integrations with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday) using REST/SOAP APIs.
Perform data migration and transformation for supplier, PO, and invoice data.
Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Create technical documentation, user stories, and test cases.
Support UAT and production deployments; troubleshoot post-go-live issues.
Mentor junior developers and ensure adherence to best practices.

Required Skills & Experience:

Experience:
911 years in ServiceNow development, with at least 4+ years in S2P or procurement-related modules.
Strong expertise in ServiceNow platform development:

Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, Flow Designer, Integration Hub.

Hands-on experience with
REST/SOAP integrations
and third-party ERP systems.
Proficiency in
JavaScript
and ServiceNow scripting.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

ServiceNow certifications:
CSA, CAD, CIS-ITSM
.
Exposure to ITSM, ITOM, or GRC modules.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines for ServiceNow deployments.
