Job Description: As a ServiceNow professional at RTS, you will play a key role in the design, development, and administration of our ServiceNow platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and enhance ServiceNow solutions that streamline business processes, improve user experience, and drive overall productivity. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES We are seeking ServiceNow profiles with the below JD for immediate joining. 4-10 years exposure and strong ServiceNow Development skills in: Designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform for IT Service Management and automating business processes. Supporting and maintaining ServiceNow modules for Incidents, Changes, Problems and Agent chat across the organization. Designing and development of Integration with internal and external systems using Out of the box and custom implementations using REST, JavaScript, and Glide Ajax. Leading efforts on CMDB, Hardware and Software Asset Management implementations. Custom app development on ServiceNow platform by identifying and translating requirements for IT and business needs. 4+ yrs experience with ServiceNow in ITSM / Integrations/ ITAM / ITOM. Designed, developed, and implemented several integrations (OOB and custom using REST) Supported Hardware Asset Management, Software Asset Management implementations. Experience with bulk updates using ServiceNow scripting skills (RestAPI, Javascript) Scripting and implementing automations and self-service to streamline efficiency. Technical Skills in ServiceNow Development & Administration, such as ServiceNow administration, scripting and workflows. Experience with ServiceNow REST/SOAP APIs and data imports. Certifications (preferred): ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
