ServiceNow ITSM Business Analyst

NTT DATA is seeking a ServiceNow ITSM Business Analyst to join the team in Delhi, India. As a motivated Business Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering business requirements, process mapping, and training end users. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop consulting skills and technical knowledge in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. You will work closely with Business Process Consultants during client workshops and ServiceNow Implementations, capturing business requirements, creating process flow diagrams, and documenting business cases. Additionally, you will partner with project leadership teams to write and maintain user stories, document end-to-end process flows, and prepare training materials for client fulfiller sessions. The ideal candidate will have at least 1+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, 2+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role, and experience in ITSM, HRSD, and Integration. Preferred qualifications include ServiceNow Certified System Administrator Certification and familiarity with additional practice areas such as SPM, HSRD, CSM, ITAM, ITBM, ITOM, and Service Portal.
