As a ServiceNow ITBM Developer with 5 to 10 years of experience, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end ITBM and SPM implementations. Your main responsibilities will include: - Developing, configuring, and implementing ServiceNow ITBM (IT Business Management) & SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management) modules. - Working on end-to-end ServiceNow implementations from scratch, ensuring best practices and scalability. - Designing and developing custom workflows, dashboards, and automation solutions within ServiceNow. - Having strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, UI Policies, Business Rules, Script Includes). - Performing ServiceNow integrations with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs, Web Services, and MID Server. - Collaborating with stakeholders, project managers, and development teams to align ITBM solutions with business needs. - Optimizing system performance, security, and adherence to best practices. Qualifications required for this role include: - 5 to 10 years of experience in ServiceNow development & implementation. - Expertise in ITBM (Project Portfolio Management, Demand Management, Agile Development) & SPM. - Experience in implementing ServiceNow solutions from scratch. - Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting & integrations (JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs). - Strong knowledge of ITSM and ITOM modules is a plus. - Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
