ServiceNow ITBM Developer

As a ServiceNow ITBM Developer with 5 to 10 years of experience, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end ITBM and SPM implementations. You should have a strong background in ServiceNow scripting, integrations, and implementations from scratch. This is a full-time remote position that requires someone who can efficiently drive ServiceNow ITBM solutions. Your key responsibilities will include developing, configuring, and implementing ServiceNow ITBM and SPM modules. You will work on end-to-end ServiceNow implementations from scratch, ensuring best practices and scalability. Additionally, you will design and develop custom workflows, dashboards, and automation solutions within ServiceNow. Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow scripting using JavaScript, Glide API, UI Policies, Business Rules, and Script Includes is essential. You will also be responsible for performing ServiceNow integrations with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs, Web Services, and MID Server. Collaboration with stakeholders, project managers, and development teams to align ITBM solutions with business needs is a key aspect of this role. Furthermore, you will be expected to optimize system performance, security, and adherence to best practices. To qualify for this position, you should have 5 to 10 years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation. Expertise in ITBM (Project Portfolio Management, Demand Management, Agile Development) and SPM is required. Experience in implementing ServiceNow solutions from scratch is a must. Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting and integrations, including JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, is essential. Strong knowledge of ITSM and ITOM modules would be advantageous. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills are also necessary for success in this role.,
