Role Description This is a contract remote role for a ServiceNow IRSM/ITOM Specialist at MindBrain. The specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to ServiceNow Incident Resolution and Service Mapping/Discovery. They will work on configuring the ServiceNow platform, managing incidents, and ensuring smooth IT operations.
