Job Description

As a ServiceNow Functional Architect at Proximus GCC, Bengaluru, India, your role involves collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translating them into effective ServiceNow solutions. You will design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications, modules, and integrations to meet organizational needs. Additionally, you will debug performance issues and provide fixes, coordinate with the Product Owner for deliverables and task prioritization, and prepare runbooks for releases. Your responsibilities also include providing expertise in customizing and configuring ServiceNow for optimal performance and user experience. As a Technical Lead, you will lead and mentor developers, fostering a collaborative environment for knowledge sharing. Staying updated with industry best practices and trends in ServiceNow development is essential, enabling you to recommend and implement improvements as necessary. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems, participation in upgrades and enhancements planning, and understanding Proximus architectural build for providing customer solutions are key aspects of this role. You will support developers and team members, mentor them to upskill on the latest ServiceNow features, and offer constructive feedback to help them build in-demand skills. Additionally, your role involves supporting hiring activities by reviewing profiles and evaluating candidates. To qualify for this position, you must have proven experience as a ServiceNow SME/ Tech Lead with a minimum of 8+ years in the ServiceNow platform. Proficiency in ServiceNow architecture, design, and best practices, particularly in CSM module implementation, CMDB, and data loads is required. Strong skills in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SLAs, Flow Designer, and scripting are essential. Familiarity with ServiceNow development tools like Configurable workspace, Workflow Editor, Form Designer, UI Builder, and Service Portal is preferred. Candidates with ServiceNow certifications such as Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) will be highly desirable. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills are necessary for effective collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders in this role.,
