ServiceNow Financial Service Operations Specialist(FSO)(Onsite-Riyadh)

As a Senior ServiceNow FSO Consultant, your role will involve leading the design, implementation, and optimization of Financial Services Operations solutions on the ServiceNow platform. You should have in-depth domain expertise in financial services and hands-on experience with ServiceNow's FSO suite. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow FSO modules, from requirements gathering to configuration and deployment. - Collaborating with business stakeholders to translate financial services processes into scalable ServiceNow workflows. - Designing and implementing solutions for financial product servicing, customer onboarding, disputes management, regulatory compliance, and more. - Integrating FSO with other ServiceNow modules such as CSM, ITSM, and Risk & Compliance. - Customizing UI policies, business rules, scripts, and workflows. - Providing technical leadership and mentorship to junior consultants and developers. - Conducting client workshops, demos, and training sessions. - Ensuring adherence to ServiceNow best practices and governance standards. Qualifications required for this role include: - 5+ years of experience with the ServiceNow platform, with at least 2 years in Financial Services Operations (FSO) or Customer Service Management (CSM). - Strong understanding of the financial services domain, such as banking, insurance, wealth management, or fintech. - Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript), Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub. - Experience with ServiceNow FSO data models, case types, and financial product configurations. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and client-facing skills. - Ideally, you should hold a ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certification in CSM or FSO. - A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred. Additional Details: - Experience with ServiceNow App Engine Studio and custom app development is beneficial. - Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (e.g., GDPR, SOX, PCI-DSS) in financial services is a plus. - Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices would be advantageous.,
