Role:

Skills:

4-10 years of relevant ServiceNow experience; particularly Discovery, Service Mapping, CSDM and CMDB. • Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and their APIs.
Proven experience in defining and implementing cloud tagging strategies.
Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, PowerShell, Python) for automation and customization.
Experience with ITOM (IT Operations Management) and ITSM (IT Service Management) processes.
Proven experience in analyzing and cleaning up CMDB data to improve accuracy and completeness
strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across multiple teams and departments.
