Due to our globally expanding service offerings, we are seeking top talent to join our teams and grow with us. We are looking for a ServiceNow Employee Center Pro Specialist with 3-5 years of experience to design, implement, and optimize the Employee Center Pro portal within the ServiceNow platform. In this role, you will enhance the employee experience by integrating services across HR, IT, and other business units into a unified, user-friendly portal. Your responsibilities will include: Implementation & Configuration: - Configuring and customizing the ServiceNow Employee Center Pro portal to align with business needs. - Developing and enhancing workflows, widgets, and UI components for a seamless user experience. - Ensuring integration with HR, ITSM, CSM, and other ServiceNow modules. User Experience & Design: - Optimizing the portal's interface for usability and accessibility. - Enhancing self-service capabilities by implementing knowledge bases, service catalogs, and AI-driven virtual agents. Integration & Automation: - Connecting Employee Center Pro with third-party applications and enterprise systems. - Automating request fulfillment, approvals, and case management processes. Stakeholder Collaboration & Support: - Working with HR, IT, and business teams to gather requirements and provide solutions. - Providing training, documentation, and ongoing support to users and administrators. Performance Monitoring & Optimization: - Analyzing user behavior and feedback to enhance the platform. - Ensuring compliance with security policies and governance frameworks. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience with ServiceNow, including at least 1-2 years working specifically with Employee Center Pro. Hands-on experience in ServiceNow portal development, UI design, and automation is required. Key Technical Skills Needed: - Strong understanding of ServiceNow's Service Portal, Employee Center Pro, and Knowledge Management. - Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AngularJS, and REST APIs. - Familiarity with ServiceNow integration methods such as MID Server, Integration Hub, and web services. Certifications that are considered a plus: - ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA). - ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Employee Center Pro-related certifications. - Experience with Virtual Agent, AI Search, and Mobile App Configurations in ServiceNow.
