ServiceNow Event Management
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Event Management module, including configuration and integration
oStrong development experience in Workflows, Sub-flows, Flow Designer, and process integrations oFamiliarity with third-party monitoring and alerting tools like SolarWinds, Dynatrace, Splunk or similar platforms. oExperience with Regex, Java Script, PowerShell, Python, and/or Linux scripting, and RESTful API oProficiency in configuring event correlation, alerting workflows, and incident generation within ServiceNow. oKnowledge of ITIL practices and experience implementing event-driven incident management processes. oSelected candidate is expected to work on US Eastern Time zone oProvide weekend prod implementation, upgrade validation support, on-call support as required oCustomer focus: Commitment to delivering value to customers and ensuring their requirements are met
