Role & Responsibilities

Design, develop and customize
ServiceNow applications
across multiple modules
Work on
end-to-end ServiceNow implementations
including HRSD, ITSM, CSM, FSM, ITBM, Discovery, GRC
Configure and develop
Catalog Items, Record Producers, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Data Policies, Business Rules and UI Actions
Build and manage
ServiceNow Integrations
using
REST, SOAP, Integration Hub, Import Sets and Transform Maps
Implement workflows and automation using
Flow Designer
Work closely with business users to gather requirements and deliver solutions
Follow
Agile and DevOps practices
with CI/CD and automated testing
Perform debugging, performance tuning and production support

Preferred Candidate Profile

8+ years of overall IT experience with
5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development
Strong experience in
ServiceNow Back-End development and integrations
Experience in
minimum two ServiceNow modules
HRSD, ITSM, CSM, FSM, ITBM, Discovery, GRC (HRSD preferred)
Hands-on with
Flow Designer and Integration Hub
Good understanding of
DevOps, Git, CI/CD and Automation testing (Selenium)
Experience working in
Agile / Scrum environment
Strong
analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
