Job Description

Experience: 10+ years in ServiceNow.
Role : ServiceNow developer, Business Analyst or Solution architect.
Certified with ServiceNows Administrator and ITIL foundation or at least aware of ITIL processes.
Should have knowledge and implemented the ITSM, ITAM, ITBM and ITOM(CMDB, Discovery and Service mapping) platform modules.
Should have hands on scripting of ServiceNow (Client Script and Server Script) to under the existing scripts.
Worked on Virtual Agent, IntegrationHub and Flow designer.
Hands on integrate and e-Bond ServiceNow with 3rd party applications using REST API and web services.
Should be able to build the reports and dashboards using report and performance analytics modules.
Interact with customers, understand their business demands, issues, queries and provide solution.
Design document(s), presentation(s), educate and demonstration to customers whenever needed.
