Key Requirements

Mandatory:
ServiceNow CSA + CAD
Experience in
3–4 modules
(ITSM Integration / ITOM / SecOps / GRC / IRM / HRSD / Custom Apps / UI-UX Portal)
Strong skills in ServiceNow scripting, configurations, workflows, and integrations
Excellent communication and problemsolving abilities

Responsibilities

Develop and customize ServiceNow applications and workflows.
Build integrations using REST/SOAP and platform tools.
Support enhancements, debugging, and module implementations.
