Description
4-7 years of experience in ServiceNow Development, Configuration and run support. Expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM Modules Excellent knowledge in Flow Designer, Workflows, fine tuning workflows Knowledge & Working experience on JavaScript, Client, and Server-Side scripting. Knowledge & Working experience of UI interfaces within Service Now Service Portal, SLA & Notification Configuration. Should have handled Platform Upgrades, MID Server Installation and Configurations, maintain platform and infrastructure. Should have extensive ServiceNow Platform knowledge to troubleshoot and fix Performance issues. Administration of Knowledge Base and Service Catalog Configure out-of-the-box workflows and create/maintain custom workflows. Configure application related fields, forms, views, email notifications, acceptance roles and access controls. Integrate ServiceNow application(s) with third party systems/applications via APIs and via Inbound action. Experience administering a ServiceNow instance including the delegation of groups, workflows, business rules. Expertise in UI pages, UI actions, UI policies, ACLs, catalog items and updates of all other existing solutions requiring revisions. Good troubleshooting skills with the ability to assist in determining root cause of problems, offer recommendations or suggestions for a quick, but effective, resolution. Ability to work well in crisis situations, should be able to handle P1 & P2 tickets, and provide detailed RCA. Demonstrate powerful sense of responsibility and ability to work under minimal supervision. Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills, communications, presentation, listening skills. Excellent Ability to multi-task and work with management to prioritize tasks.
