ServiceNow Developer ITSM

As a ServiceNow Developer specializing in IT Service Management (ITSM) at WovV Technologies, a Global Business Productivity SaaS company, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the design, development, and implementation of custom ServiceNow applications. Your main responsibilities will include: - Designing, developing, and implementing custom ServiceNow applications - Integrating the ServiceNow platform with other systems - Troubleshooting and debugging ServiceNow applications - Collaborating with business analysts to gather requirements - Coordinating with other IT professionals to deploy and maintain ServiceNow applications To excel in this role, you are required to meet the following qualifications: - Possess at least 4 years of experience in ServiceNow development with a focus on ITSM modules - Demonstrate expertise in working with script-based ServiceNow components like business rules, client scripts, UI pages, UI Actions, Workflow, etc., along with proficiency in JavaScript - Have experience in CMDB implementation, CSDM modeling, and SPM module for demand management - Exhibit knowledge of JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and SQL - Experience with API integrations and understanding of Agile methodologies - ServiceNow certifications, especially Certified Application Developer, are strongly preferred but not mandatory If you are passionate about ServiceNow development and IT Service Management, and are looking to join a dynamic team in a global company, this position might be the perfect fit for you.,
