Secondary skills : Agile/Scrum methodologies Experience : 5+ Yrs We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented ServiceNow SPM Tester with over 5 years of experience in testing enterprise applications, particularly within the ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) suite. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in preparing test strategies, executing test plans, and creating and maintaining Automated Test Framework (ATF) test cases to ensure high-quality delivery of ServiceNow solutions. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for ServiceNow SPM modules (Demand, Project, Resource, Portfolio, Financial Management). • Design, build, and maintain ATF test cases to support automated regression and functional testing. • Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure test coverage. • Perform functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing. • Identify, document, and track defects using standard defect management tools. • Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. • Ensure testing best practices and standards are followed throughout the SDLC. • Provide test reports and metrics to project stakeholders. Required Skills & Qualifications: • 5+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 2+ years in ServiceNow SPM testing. • Strong understanding of ServiceNow SPM modules and workflows. • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ATF for automated testing. • Experience in writing test cases, test scripts, and test data preparation. • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) • Experience with ServiceNow Test Management or other test automation tools • ITIL Foundation Certification • Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and TestRail
