Job Summary:

ServiceNow ITSM Developer

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow ITSM solutions.
Customize and configure ServiceNow workflows, forms, and UI policies.
Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Perform unit testing and support UAT and production deployments.
Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with development standards.

Required Skills:

Minimum 6 years of overall experience in IT, with at least 3 years in ServiceNow ITSM development.
Strong expertise in ServiceNow modules like Incident, Problem, Change, and CMDB.
Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting.
Experience with ServiceNow integrations and MID Server configurations.
Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or Implementation Specialist.
Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
Exposure to other ServiceNow modules like HRSD, CSM, or ITOM is a plus.
