ServiceNow Developer ITOM Discovery & Service Mapping

In this role, you will be responsible for performing end-to-end Discovery and Service Mapping activities. This includes executing the complete mapping of critical Enterprise Platform applications, non-Time Critical and core applications hosted on-premise and in the Cloud, troubleshooting and resolving discovery and pattern-related issues, and reviewing, modifying, and developing new ServiceNow patterns to ensure critical services are identified. Additionally, you will meet with application and IT teams to validate and obtain signoffs of completed application services. The ideal candidate should possess intermediate or expert level competency in ServiceNow ITOM Discovery and Service Mapping module. You should have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on ServiceNow Service Mapping experience, including mapping large and complex applications and platforms. Experience with application-to-application and application-to-platform dependencies is a plus. Knowledge of Server Administration, protocols (HTTP, TCP, SNMP, SOAP, REST), XML, JSON/script language concepts, Web and Application Servers, Load Balancers, Databases, Virtualization, Windows and Unix administration, network concepts, and CyberArk is required. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, interpersonal skills, and excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role.
