ServiceNow Developer

As a Senior member of the EY GDS-ServiceNow team, you will have the opportunity to work on solving client problems using the ServiceNow platform. You will work with a high-quality team to build innovative products that address client needs. Your role will involve configuring/customizing the ServiceNow system, creating workflows, automating tasks, integrating systems, and performing system testing with live data. **Key Responsibilities:** - Perform Configuration/Customization of the ServiceNow system, including creating workflows - Build service request fulfilment workflows based on customer requirements - Use scripting tools and Service Now functionality to automate tasks - Perform integrations and process automation using Orchestration, Web Services, Soap calls, etc. - Gather specifications from business departments and deliver products/releases that meet requirements - Load, manipulate, and maintain data between Service-now and other systems - Work with business liaison to generate dashboards, home pages, performance analytics data collectors, and reports - Analyze user stories and internal procedures to improve system capabilities and automate workflows **Skills And Attributes For Success:** - Authentication protocols like Active Directory / LDAP or SiteMinder federation /Azure - Disciplined Agile Delivery software release build/deploy processes - Integration with internal and external applications and systems - Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, Angular JS, and good web design practices - Experience in Service Portal implementation - Implementation experience in applications like ITOM, IRM, SecOps, and Performance Analytics **Qualifications Required:** - College degree in a related technology field or comparable job experiences - CSA and minimum 1 CIS in ITOM/SecOps/IRM - 3 to 6 years of experience in a development role - ITIL foundations certification is a plus **Additional Details:** EY offers a dynamic work environment where you will have the opportunity to work on inspiring and meaningful projects.
