Job Description

JD: ServiceNow CSM

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions tailored to customer service management needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions.
Ensure the performance, reliability, and scalability of the ServiceNow platform.
Conduct regular system audits and optimize workflows for efficiency.
Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields (BCA, BSc, B.Tech, M.Tech, MCA).
Proven experience in ServiceNow development, with a minimum of 3 years focused on ServiceNow.
Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

Extensive experience in Customer Service Management (CSM) within ServiceNow, with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
Demonstrated ability to lead projects and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
Track record of successfully implementing ServiceNow solutions in complex environments.
Proficiency in scripting and automation within ServiceNow.
