Job Description

Role & responsibilities Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. 05 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development with a focus on Integrated Risk Management (IRM) and/or Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC). Proficient in designing, developing, and testing ServiceNow applications, customizations, and workflows specifically for IRM modules. Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, ServiceNow Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and UI Policies. Experience in implementing and configuring ServiceNow IRM modules such as Policy and Compliance Management, Risk Management, Audit Management, and Vendor Risk Management. Ability to build and customize ServiceNow applications using App Engine Studio and Flow Designer. Experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
