ServiceNow Delivery Specialist Advisor

As a ServiceNow Delivery Specialist Advisor at NTT DATA, your role will involve building and sustaining effective communications with stakeholders to enhance customer experience. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing and implementing Asset Management processes for Hardware within datacenter and end user space - Implementing continuous process improvements and operational efficiencies - Managing the End to End Asset Management Life Cycle for Hardware assets, including Managing leased assets - Creating and updating asset records in the Asset Database throughout all stages of asset lifecycle - Participating in Asset Management audits and remediation efforts - Analyzing client contracts, Purchase agreements, and other data to manage hardware assets effectively - Interacting directly with clients and internal/external sources to obtain relevant data and documents - Utilizing Data analysis tools like MS Access, MS Excel - Generating monthly asset reports and ad-hoc reports as requested Qualifications required for this role include: - 9+ years of experience in a similar role - Advanced knowledge of Excel, Access, and other tools to create reports and Dashboards - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with emphasis on customer service - Detail-oriented, customer-oriented, result delivery-oriented, analytic thinking - Preference for a Degree in a technical field - Experience with industry-leading IT Asset Management tools such as Service Now/Flexera/Remedy preferred - Industry Certification such as Certified IT Asset Manager (CITAM) or Certified Hardware Asset Management (CHAMP) will be advantageous - Knowledge or experience with discovery tools such as SCCM/SMS/Flexera/Marimba/LANDesk/Altiris etc. - Experience working in a managed services environment and with virtual teams NTT DATA is a trusted global innovator of business and technology services, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
