ServiceNow Delivery Specialist Advisor

As a ServiceNow Delivery Specialist Advisor at NTT DATA, your role will involve building and sustaining effective communications with all stakeholders to enhance customer experience. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and implementing Asset Management processes for Hardware within the datacenter and end user space - Implementing continuous process improvements and operational efficiencies throughout the Asset Management Life Cycle - Managing leased assets and ensuring accurate and up-to-date asset records in the Asset Database - Participating in Asset Management audits and remediation efforts - Analyzing client contracts and purchase agreements to manage hardware assets effectively - Interacting with clients and internal/external sources to obtain relevant data and documents - Utilizing data analysis tools like MS Access and MS Excel to assess data accuracy and generate reports - Identifying and implementing best practices in Hardware Asset Management - Performing other Hardware Asset Management duties as assigned Qualifications required for this role include: - 9+ years of experience in a similar role - Advanced knowledge of Excel, Access, and other tools for report creation - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer service - Detail-oriented, customer-oriented, result delivery-oriented, and analytic thinking - Preference for a degree in a technical field - Experience with industry-leading IT Asset Management tools such as Service Now, Flexera, or Remedy - Industry Certification like Certified IT Asset Manager (CITAM) or Certified Hardware Asset Management (CHAMP) would be advantageous - Knowledge or experience with discovery tools such as SCCM, SMS, Flexera, Marimba, LANDesk, or Altiris - Experience working in a managed services environment and with virtual teams NTT DATA is a trusted global innovator of business and technology services, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
