Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement

  custom applications on the ServiceNow platform

  .
• Utilize extensive knowledge of

  ITSM modules

  and processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Knowledge, Reports, and Security Operations.
• Implement and manage integrations such as

  LDAP, REST API

  , and more.
• Apply expertise in

  ServiceNow configuration, scripting (Client and Server)

  .
• Develop and manage integrations using

  REST and SOAP

  .
• Create and configure Tables, Forms, and Service Catalog items.
• Implement

  ACL (Access Control List)

  rules for security and data control.
• Design and develop complex

  Workflows, email notifications, events, and inbound actions

  .
• Create and customize reports for various modules.
• Develop and enhance the

  Service Portal

  .
• Develop and utilize

  ServiceNow APIs, ServiceNow Workflows, UI Pages, and UI Macros

  .
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Provide technical guidance and support for ServiceNow implementations.

Skills Required:

• Knowledge of

  ITSM modules

• Experience with integrations like

• Capable with

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

QUALIFICATION:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
