Job Description

ServiceNow Consultant

Location - Gurgaon

Experience 8+Yrs

Implement and configure various SPM modules, such as Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Demand Management, Agile Development, and Strategic Planning (including roadmap and capacity planning).
Develop and implement integrations between ServiceNow and external systems (like SAP, CRM, or ERP) using web services (SOAP and REST), Integration Hub spokes, and custom APIs to ensure seamless data exchange.
Create and customize ServiceNow applications and functionalities, including scripts (Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes), workflows, Flow Designer, UI Policies, and ACLs.
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS-SPM) or Certified Application Developer (CAD) , Certified System Administrator (CSA)
