Role Overview:

ServiceNow ITOM Developer

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and configure ServiceNow ITOM applications including
Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Orchestration, and CMDB
.
Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools and platforms for IT operations.
Customize workflows, business rules, and scripts to meet client requirements.
Ensure data integrity and accuracy within CMDB and related ITOM processes.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.
Perform troubleshooting, performance tuning, and optimization of ITOM modules.

Required Skills & Experience:

6–9 years of overall IT experience with at least 4+ years in
ServiceNow ITOM development
.
Strong knowledge of
Discovery patterns, MID Server configuration, and Service Mapping
.
Experience with
Event Management, Orchestration, and integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
.
Proficiency in
JavaScript, Glide scripting, and ServiceNow platform customization
.
Familiarity with
ITIL processes
and best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – ITOM.
Experience in large-scale enterprise environments.
