As a ServiceNow Developer with over 5 years of experience focusing on ITOM applications, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Orchestration within the ServiceNow platform. - Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, MID Server configuration, and IntegrationHub for seamless integration with monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, Splunk, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, and Nagios. - Experience in CMDB architecture, CI classes, relationships, and reconciliation rules, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with ITIL processes. - Development and configuration of ServiceNow ITOM modules, including Discovery & CMDB population, Service Mapping, and Event Management with third-party monitoring tools. - Design and maintenance of custom workflows, Business Rules, Script Includes, and Flow Designer automations to optimize ITOM processes. - Building integrations with monitoring and CMDB tools via REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, and IntegrationHub to facilitate cross-module integrations with ITSM, SecOps, and ITAM teams. - Troubleshooting and optimization of Discovery schedules, patterns, and classification rules to enhance platform performance. - Support platform upgrades, patches, and feature enhancements for ITOM applications. Qualifications required for this role include: - ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA). - ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist ITOM (preferred). - Good understanding of ITIL v4 processes such as Event, Incident, Change, and Configuration management. In addition, it would be beneficial to have experience or expertise in the following areas: - CMDB Implementation, Integration, Service Migration & Operations. - ITOM & ITAM, Performance Analytics Module Expertise. - CSDM Module Basics. - ServiceNow Discovery Specialist. - CMDB Development Experience (Scripting). - Workflow, business rules, custom scripts, validation rules. - Data attestation. - Reports & Dashboards - interactive dashboard creation. - CMDB Administration and support.,
