About the Role

ServiceNow Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a Business Analyst/Product Owner on the

  ServiceNow platform

  , focusing on

  SPM modules

  (PPM, Demand, Project, Resource Management, Strategic Planning, EAP).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to

  define requirements

  , break down complex concepts, and clarify effort and changes needed.
• Lead and facilitate

  workshops

  , prepare and deliver

  demos

  , and ensure smooth communication across distributed teams.
• Apply

  Agile methodologies

  , particularly

  SAFe

  , to drive project success.

Required Skills & Experience

• 6+ years

  of hands-on experience as a

  Business Analyst / Product Manager / Product Owner

  on ServiceNow.
• Strong knowledge of

  Strategic Portfolio Management

  and related modules.
• Familiarity with

  Agile frameworks

  (SAFe preferred).
• Experience in

  large transformation projects

  (a plus).
• Knowledge of

  CSDM

  and overall ServiceNow platform capabilities (a plus).
• Excellent

  communication skills

  in English, with the ability to adapt messaging to different audiences.
• Proven ability to work in

  distributed, multicultural teams

  with a positive and open mindset.
