Job Description

Key Skills for ServiceNow ATF Quality Analyst ServiceNow Expertise Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and Automated Test Framework (ATF). Test Automation – Experience in creating, maintaining, and executing automated test cases. Scripting Knowledge – Proficiency in JavaScript for automation and custom test scripts. Regression Testing – Ability to perform end-to-end regression testing to ensure system stability. Defect Management – Identifying, reporting, and tracking defects while working with development teams. Test Planning & Strategy – Experience in designing and implementing test plans for ServiceNow applications. Performance Testing – Understanding of functional and performance testing methodologies. Analytical Thinking – Strong problem-solving skills to analyze requirements and create effective test cases. Attention to Detail – Ensuring accuracy in test execution and documentation. Collaboration & Communication – Ability to work with developers, analysts, and QA teams while clearly communicating test progress and results. Industry Certifications (Preferred) – ServiceNow CSA, ISTQB, ITIL, or Agile-related certifications.
