Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities including custom application development integrations and automation Expert level knowledge of ServiceNow architecture including best practices for design development and deployment Strong proficiency in ServiceNow scripting workflows and integrations with third party systems Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders Strategic thinking and problem solving skills with a focus on delivering innovative and scalable solutions Lead the end to end design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements analyze needs and translate them into functional and technical specifications .
