The ideal candidate should have over 10 years of experience and be proficient in configuring core ServiceNow modules to support IT service management processes. Your responsibilities will include assisting senior consultants in gathering business requirements, translating them into technical specifications, and participating in user acceptance testing and data migration activities. Additionally, you will be expected to develop reports and dashboards to visualize ServiceNow data and track key performance indicators. To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
