As a ServiceNow APM Specialist, your role will involve leading the implementation and customization of the ServiceNow APM module to ensure seamless integration across the platform. You will apply your deep knowledge of CMDB principles and CI relationships to enhance visibility and governance. Your responsibilities will also include developing and extending APM functionalities using JavaScript, Glide API, and advanced scripting techniques, as well as integrating external systems via REST/SOAP APIs to enrich APM data and insights.
