🔍 We're Hiring: ServiceNow AI Automation Engineer
📍 Remote (Offshore – US Timings) | ⏰ Must support until 3 PM EST
📍 Location: Remote (India)
We're looking for a ServiceNow AI Automation Engineer to join our team supporting AI-driven automation initiatives. This role involves hands-on ServiceNow scripting and integration with tools like Moveworks and Google Agent Builder.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
Administer and script in ServiceNow (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies)
Enhance digital agents and intelligent workflows
Integrate AI tools like Moveworks, Google Agent Builder
Build A2A automations and custom apps in ServiceNow
Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow issues
✅ Required Skills:
5+ years as a ServiceNow Admin
Strong JavaScript scripting experience in ServiceNow
AI integration experience with tools like Moveworks or Google Agent Builder
Familiarity with virtual agents/chatbots and A2A concepts
🌟 Nice to Have:
Experience with Tanium, Aternity, Workday, O365
Knowledge of Co-Pilot, Postman, API automation
ServiceNow certifications (Admin or Developer)
Familiarity with ITIL & Agile
