Job Description

🔍 We're Hiring: ServiceNow AI Automation Engineer

📍 Remote (Offshore – US Timings) | ⏰ Must support until 3 PM EST

📍 Location: Remote (India)


ServiceNow AI Automation Engineer


🔧 Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and script in ServiceNow (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies)
  • Enhance digital agents and intelligent workflows
  • Integrate AI tools like Moveworks, Google Agent Builder
  • Build A2A automations and custom apps in ServiceNow
  • Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow issues

✅ Required Skills:

  • 5+ years as a ServiceNow Admin
  • Strong JavaScript scripting experience in ServiceNow
  • AI integration experience with tools like Moveworks or Google Agent Builder
  • Familiarity with virtual agents/chatbots and A2A concepts

🌟 Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Tanium, Aternity, Workday, O365
  • Knowledge of Co-Pilot, Postman, API automation
  • ServiceNow certifications (Admin or Developer)
  • Familiarity with ITIL & Agile
