Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and reliable Service Technician to install, repair, and maintain products or equipment at customer locations or in-house. The ideal candidate should be technically sound, customer-friendly, and capable of handling on-site service tasks with professionalism. Key Responsibilities: Install, service, and repair products like machines, equipment, appliances, or electronic devices Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting Visit customer sites for repairs and service support Identify faulty components and perform replacements or adjustments Explain product issues and solutions to customers clearly Maintain tools and ensure proper documentation of service work Follow company and safety protocols during service visits Escalate major issues to senior technicians or service heads Provide feedback to improve product/service quality Required Skills & Qualifications: Ability to read manuals, diagrams, and service reports Familiarity with tools, testing instruments, and service procedures Valid driving license (if field visits are required) Soft Skills: Problem-solving mindset Good communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and on time Physically fit for travel or onsite work Attention to detail and a safety-first approach
